Welcoming Our Canadian Client For A Truck-Mounted Drilling Rig Solution

May 21, 2025

1. Building the Foundation: Online Discussions and Tailored Solutions
In the weeks leading up to the visit, our team engaged in detailed discussions with the client about the performance, configuration, and customization options of our truck-mounted drilling rigs. Including technical specifications, geological suitability, auxiliary systems, transportation logistics and Canadian regulations and so on.

To help the client know the better of our product, we provided extensive information on optional features such as mud pumps, air compressors, casing elevators, foam injection systems, and remote-control capabilities. We also shared to him success stories from other clients.

Our engineers supported the discussions with 3D models, layout drawings, and video demonstrations, offering a visual and technical overview of the rig's structure and functionality. These exchanges laid a strong groundwork for mutual trust and alignment before the factory visit even began.

2. Seeing Is Believing: The Factory Tour
While online communication proved highly efficient, the client believed that an on-site visit was essential before finalizing his decision. He wanted to inspect the production process personally, assess build quality, and gain firsthand insight into how our team works.

On April 20, our Canadian guest arrived at our facility .

We started with our vehicle assembly line, where the drilling rigs are mounted onto truck chassis. The client was impressed with our systematic workflow, the quality control procedures we follow at every step, and our use of internationally certified components. We also explained the rigorous inspection process each rig undergoes before delivery, ensuring performance under harsh field conditions.

The highlight of the visit was a live demonstration at our testing ground. The client watched as the rig's mast was raised hydraulically, the drill head engaged, and the hydraulic system activated. He carefully observed the synchronization between the rig and the truck, the power output, and the control interface.

After the demonstration, we invited him to try the controls himself. As an experienced professional with over 15 years in the industry, he quickly adapted and praised the intuitive layout and responsive control system. He also gave us valuable suggestions regarding additional features such as remote monitoring, quick-release hoses, and insulation enhancements for cold-weather operations-all of which we are happy to include in his custom order.

3. Technical Talks and Tailored Engineering
Following the tour, we held an in-depth technical meeting to go over the customization details. Our engineering team presented various upgrade options and component adjustments tailored to the client's specific needs in the Canadian environment. Several important points were discussed:

Cold Climate Adaptation: The client emphasized that the rig must be fully operable in sub-zero temperatures. This includes adding engine and hydraulic preheaters, fuel warmers, and insulation for key components.

Road Compliance in Canada: The truck chassis must meet Canadian road regulations, including emissions standards (EPA/CARB compliant), axle weight distribution, and lighting requirements.

Tooling and Configuration: The client requested compatibility with 6-meter drill rods, integration of a high-pressure air compressor for DTH applications, and a detachable rod loader for convenient handling.

Our logistics department also proposed several delivery options-to ensure safe and timely transport to Canada.

4. Looking Ahead
The client is expected to confirm his order soon. Once the equipment is delivered, we will provide training support.

Conclusion
This visit was more than just a factory tour-it was a confirmation of our capabilities and values.

As we await the final order confirmation, we remain focused on delivering not just machines, but complete drilling solutions-backed by responsive service, technical support, and continuous innovation. We look forward to seeing our rigs working successfully in Canada and to the many opportunities that lie ahead.
