Firstly, the installation and preparation of a down the hole drilling rig

When drilling horizontally, the height of the cavity is usually 2.6-2.8m, while when drilling upwards or diagonally, the width and height of the cavity are 2.5m and 2.8-3m, respectively.
(2) Gas pipelines, lighting lines, etc. Transport to nearby work areas for use.
(3) According to the requirements of the opening design, firmly erect the columns. The upper and lower ends of the column shall be padded with wood plates, and then the horizontal axis and snap ring shall be installed on the column according to a certain height and direction. The machine shall be hoisted with a hand winch, fixed on the column according to the required angle, and then the hole direction of the drill shall be adjusted.
Secondly, check before operation
(1) At the beginning of work, carefully check whether the gas pipeline connection is secure and whether there is any leakage.
(2) Check if the oil injector is filled with oil.
(3) Check whether the screws, nuts, and joints of each part have been tightened, and whether the column is truly supported firmly.
Then, the drilling operation procedure
When drilling, start the motor first, wait for the transfer to be normal, and then pull the push rod handle of the robotic arm. Give it appropriate propulsion force, and then pull the handle of the impactor to the working position. After drilling, the water valve can be opened to maintain the appropriate ratio of gas water mixture. Perform normal drilling operations. When the pusher moves to collide with the drill frame, the drill rod is drilled. Stop the motor operation, stop supplying air and water to the impactor, insert the fork into the drill pipe slot of the drill frame, reverse the motor and slide the slide back, disconnect the joint from the drill pipe, and then connect the second drill pipe.
