The system has already been successfully deployed across key regions including Northeast China, Southwest China, and the South China Sea, significantly improving operational efficiency and safety in oil and gas drilling projects.
Real-Time Monitoring Enhances Drilling Safety and Efficiency
REALology utilizes multi-parameter sensors and intelligent data algorithms to provide real-time monitoring of critical drilling fluid properties, such as viscosity, density, sand content, and filtration loss. The system operates continuously and transmits data in real time, supporting well control, optimizing penetration rates, and reducing human error and operational risk.
According to on-site engineers, the system has increased drilling fluid adjustment efficiency by over 30% and reduced maintenance costs by more than 20% per well, offering robust data support for on-site decision-making.
Empowering Smart Rigs with Digital Intelligence
A VITAI Energy representative emphasized that the launch of REALology is a core component of the company's "Digital Drilling" strategy. Future upgrades will see full integration with rig control systems and geological guidance systems, enabling closed-loop intelligent management from fluid monitoring to entire drilling operations.
