D Miningwell equips all rock drilling equipment with high quality friction welded drill pipes. The threads, bodies and welded joints of the rods are carefully machined.

Threads: The thread material is 35CrMo and undergoes high quality heat treatment and nitriding to ensure the hardness and service life of the threads. We can produce all the threads in accordance with API international standard and guarantee precision machining.

Rods: We can supply friction welded drill rods with diameters from 42mm-203mm, and the maximum length can be made into 12 meters. We use DZ40, R780, G105, S135 and other rod materials according to the needs of different customers and the use of drill pipes, and the wall thickness can be 4.5mm-12mm.

Welded joints: each friction welded drill pipe is thickened by pier processing, the maximum thickness of inner/outer piers can be up to 24mm, which increases the friction welding area and ensures the stability of welded joints.

Friction welding drill pipes are characterized by:

1) High quality, the friction welding joint area is forging organization, which can get the welded joints of equal strength or even super strength with the base material.
