Employing thread drill rods is prevalent in the fields of geological exploration, water well drilling, and engineering of geothermal wells. thread drill rods is connected to the lock joint, transmits the drilling rig torque to the bottom hole drill bit, and is responsible for transmitting the drilling fluid. The rod body material is Shanghai Steel STM-R780 (42MnMo7), which is not easy to bend or break due to fatigue, and has stable and reliable performance. The thread drill rods end is heated by medium frequency, hydraulically upsetting and thickened, and buried tempered for 12 hours to ensure the density of the drill pipe and improve the mechanical properties. All core bit extension rod are processed by precision imported CNC lathes and customized forming knives for thread processing, which is precise and ensures the tightness of the connection with the lock joint.



Thread drill rods joints are made of 35 CrMo steel, are quenched and tempered after rough machining, and surface nitriding treatment after finishing, that makes the joints more wear-resistant and easy to disassemble without thread sticky, breaking and cracking. Precision imported CNC lathes and customized cutters are used for thread processing. All of core bit extension rods are adopted precision imported CNC lathes to do customized thread processing, it can not only ensure the standoff of the thread, but also ensure the precision and interchangeability of drill pipe joints.
