The S series portable screw air compressor is mainly used for ф115-254 mm drilling rigs required for water wells and geothermal projects and a variety of other gas supply requirements. To add to the benefits of portable compressors, the range is particularly suited to continuous operation and has been upgraded for better durability and lower fuel consumption, taking into account transportation requirements. All products are powered by EU3A compliant engines.

1) The whole range has been optimized with stronger frames and better traction protection and safety; stronger roof carrying capacity to meet customers' needs for rubber protection strips to carry loads.

2) All pressure hoses are connected with steel pipes, which are well sealed, can prevent rubber aging, never wear out and have beautiful appearance.

3) With patented design safety air filter unit and stainless steel intake tube, it can ensure the dust filtering capacity and better prevent the dirty air due to the damage of rubber hose.

4) All newly designed coolers adopt independent modular units and are fixed by structural parts with cushioning pads without any pressure points, effectively eliminating cooler damage caused by shroud deformation; damaged independent units can be easily replaced without disassembling the cooler assembly.

5) The portable screw air compressor all adopt international brand controllers with optimized interfaces and require only 3 switches to operate, power, on and off. Automatic warm-up, loading and unloading process, pressure control and engine fuel injection eliminates high pressure shutdown and oil surge. Controller is water and moisture resistant.

6) Equipped with a documentation and tool box that provides easy access to all maintenance components for better tool management, record keeping and safer machine operation.

7) Electric screw style air compressors are equipped with circuit breakers and power switches for easy access and protection, convenience and safety.
