BW160 duplex mud pump is widely used in railroad, water conservancy, metallurgy, construction, geological exploration, engineering exploration (drilling depth up to 1000 meters) and so on.

BW250 mud pump has two cylinders with different diameters and four variable speed gears, the output and drilling depth are adjustable, it can be used for filling cement slurry or used with 1500 meters drilling rig.

BW-320 mud pump matching drilling rig drilling, drilling process mud pump will be pumped into the hole, to provide a protective layer for the hole wall, lubricate the drilling tools, and bring the rock chips back to the ground. It is suitable for geological core drilling and exploration drilling within 1500 meters.

Cylinder liner corrosion or strain: Use high-quality mud and regular cleaning to extend life.

Lubrication system blockage: Causes the power end to overheat or even burn, and the lubricating oil should be replaced regularly.

Seal aging or leakage: Key parts such as piston seals and stuffing boxes should be checked regularly.
