Comprehensive Drill Rods designed for subterranean mining and minor boreholes, featuring portable drilling rigs equipped with energy-efficient rock drills like air leg and handheld types, among others. Integral drill steel reduces the consumption of impact energy and increases drilling speed and efficiency, it can also be used for drilling holes with diameters from 30 mm to 41 mm usually. It is made by forging process. The length ranges from 400-6000mm, length 400-8000mm, shank sizes are H22*108mm, H19*108mm and standard hex.
Integral drill rods are fixed length with a shank at one end and a bit at the other and are capable of drilling to a depth equal to their effective length. The bit may consist of a single chisel-shaped tungsten carbide insert or three such inserts. We can offer a wide range of drill pipes for ore mining. Our integral drill steel rods are used in granite and marble quarries, hand-held rock drills for underground mining, for small blast holes, and so on.
For drilling deep holes, these rods are designed to be used in a series in which the length of any rod used is longer than the one previously used. For this purpose, a series of rods must be produced so that the diameter of the drill bit decreases with each increase if the length of the integral drill steel rods to prevent the drill bit from getting stuck in the hole.
