Product upgrade features
1) The whole series of mobile screw compressors are optimized with stronger frame, better traction protection and safety; the roof has stronger carrying capacity with rubber protection strips, which can meet the customer's loading demand.
2) All pressure hoses are connected with steel pipes with good sealing to protect rubber from aging, never wear out and beautiful appearance.
3) Patented design safety air filter unit and stainless steel inlet pipe are adopted to ensure the dust filtering capacity and better prevent dirty air due to rubber hose damage.
4) The newly designed cooler adopts independent modular unit, fixed by structural parts without any pressure point, with cushioning pads, which effectively eliminates the damage of the cooler due to the deformation of the shroud; the damaged independent unit can be easily replaced without disassembling the cooler assembly.
5) Diesel mobile compressors are all equipped with international brand controllers with optimized interfaces that require only 3 switches to operate, power, on and off. Automatic warm-up, loading and unloading process, pressure control and engine fuel injection eliminates high pressure shutdown and oil surge. Controller is water and moisture resistant.
6) Comes complete with documentation and tool box for easy access to all maintenance components for better tool management, record keeping and safer machine operation.
7) Electric portable machine with circuit breaker and power switch for easy access and protection, convenience and safety.
