Main components

It can also collect the slag of cyclone separator, which can be used for sampling and analyzing in geological exploration department. It is the preferred equipment for deep holes in geological exploration drilling, borehole drilling, monitoring wells, ground source heat pump air conditioning and so on.
The reverse circulation water well drilling rig can be used for reverse circulation water well drilling rig of various compressed air ground surface holes. The lifting system, guide compensation, drill pipe loading and unloading, rotation and feeding, outrigger, winch, walking and other systems all realize hydraulic system, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the construction efficiency and quality.
Features
1) The hydraulic system driven by diesel engine is adopted, and all the systems such as walking, rotating, feeding, lifting, outrigger, lifting, compensation system, and rod changing realize hydraulic drive.
2) The reverse circulation system is used in conjunction with the down hole drilling technology, and the air compressor provides compressed air for impact and dust collection.
3) When working, the reverse circulation hammer is used with double pipes, compressed air enters between the two pipes and dust collection is discharged from the inner pipe.
4) Ordinary drilling tools can also be used for positive circulation.
5) The working system consists of feeding system, guide (mast), rotating head, compensation system, righting device, rod changing system, winch and so on.
6) Shaft pressure, feeding speed and rotating speed are adjustable.
7) The traveling system is self-traveling system, easy to move, four hydraulic outriggers can be installed, and when loading, no need to get on the car, it can be loaded directly.
8) Four hydraulic outriggers are used to keep the balance of drilling during the working process.
